Return/Exchange policy:

NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, NO EXCEPTIONS!

No food or drinks in the store.

We do not accept checks. No exceptions.

You must check your merchandise before you leave the store.

Alterations

While we do offer alteration services, there is an additional charge for this service.

We are not responsible for any major alterations made to any of the gowns.

Dress and alterations must be paid in full before any alterations are made to the dress.

No dress will be pinned until paid in full.

Orders

A deposit of 50% is required when the order is placed.

There are no refunds or exchanges on any orders.

Once a dress is ordered, it is yours.

If we fail to complete any order, a full refund will be given.

All tuxedo orders require a credit card for security deposit or $100 security deposit(cash)

Layaway

A deposit of 25 % or $50, whichever is greater, is required for layaway.

There is a one month limit on any layaway.

No money back

No refund or exchange on layaways.

Dyeables

No discounts apply to shoes needing to be dyed.

If shoes are purchased for a discount, a $15 dye fee will be applied.

Dying takes 10 business days. Any rush orders will have a $15 fee as well.

Dyeables are not water proof. Please handle with care in moist environments.

NO SAME DRESS SAME COLOR SAME SCHOOL

We wont sell the same dress to the same school in thesame color.

We reserve the right to check bags and belongings.

We reserve the right to refuse service.
